Shipping Policy

Pastime Sports & Games is not liable for Stolen/Misplaced/Lost or in Transit orders that have been signed for or marked as delivered. If you are concerned about theft please request a card for pickup in the checkout notes. This will ensure your order is held for pick up at the Post Office closest to you. (Signature Options have been temporarily halted due to COVID-19)

Small Tears, Scuffs and separations at the seams of factory sealed product shrink wrap is completely normal and will not be grounds for compensation. All our products are sourced from official Canadian Distributors and we are in excellent standing with the parent companies of all Trading Card Games we carry.


FAQ'S

  1. How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Please allow 1-5 business days for us to process your order and get it out to you. Many items ordered come from multiple of our locations. We are always doing our best to ensure your order gets to you as quickly as possible.

  1. How does In-Store Pick up work?

At checkout you will have the option to select In-Store Pickup at one of our four locations (Langley, Surrey, Burnaby or Tsawwassen) Typically your order will be ready for pick-up within 3 business days. You must present a valid picture ID  when picking up your order. If you would like someone else to pick up an order on your behalf, please phone us with your order number and the full name of the person that will be picking up for you, so we can make a note on your order.

Please do not come to the store or phone us expecting to pick up your order before it is ready. We will not be able to assemble your order on the spot. Please contact us about your order only if you have not received a pickup notification three days after it was placed.

  1. Where do we ship?

Currently we ship anywhere within Canada, USA and International. Certain products cannot be shipped internationally or to the USA due to publisher restrictions. This includes Sports Trading cards that have not been out for 6 months prior, Games Workshop products, sealed Magic: The Gathering products, and select few other products. Certain sale items may also be exempt from shipping internationally or to the USA. All restrictions will be noted on the given product's page.

  1. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at the time of check out. This is based on the items ordered, weight, size and shipping location. Occasionally there are additional shipping fees. We offer Free Shipping within Canada on orders totaling over $150 (This excludes orders with Cardboard/Plastic Storage boxes)

  1. Oversized Orders, Remote Locations and Special Circumstances

In certain extraneous cases, additional shipping charges may be required. In these situations you will be contacted to arrange payment. If you wish to cancel your order at this time we will offer a full refund.

  1. Sales Tax

All orders are taxed according to your Province, Territory or State.

  1. Damaged/Missing/Wrong items

In the unfortunate event that you receive your order and are missing an item, received the wrong item(s) or the item(s) are damaged please contact us by email customerservice@pastimesports.ca  or give us a call @ 604-530-5507. If you choose to email us please include your Order Number and description of the problem. For damaged items please include a photo if you are able. If the parcel you receive is damaged please document that as well so that we can be reimbursed by the carrier.

  1. Online Order Returns

If you decide you do not want the product within 14 days of delivery or pick-up, give us a call or email us with the issue and we will gladly offer you a refund once the items are returned to us. You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.  Returns must include your order number and Name.

**NOTE** We do not accept returns on any of the following:  Autographed Memorabilia, Trading card singles, Sealed Trading Card Game product, or Sealed trading card products. 

No Exceptions Made.

  1. Pre-Orders

All orders that contain Pre-Order items will be held until the Release/Arrival of ALL items on the order. If you want to ensure your other items are sent out right away, please make separate orders. 

  1. Protection & Fraud Detection

Orders may be subject to a name, address, and phone verification with the issuing bank of the credit card. If there are any discrepancies or errors that arise from this process we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. Credit or Debit cards issued outside the USA or Canada are not accepted as we cannot perform this step if necessary.

At our discretion we may include a Card For Pickup or Signature option for higher valued orders. This acts as insurance/seller protection and also prevents the theft of orders left on doorsteps.

  1. Order Adjustments, Changes or Cancellations

We reserve the right to adjust the quantities of products ordered. These decisions will be made on a case by case basis and you will be notified of any changes made to your order. This pertains to and is not limited to many demand products. If an order is deemed to be for resale purposes it may also be subject to a potential adjustment.

If you need to change, cancel or adjust your order in any way please contact us @ customerservice@pastimesports.ca or give us a call at the shop 604-530-5507. We will do what we can to help you with these changes.

  1. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock/oversold when your order is placed, we will attempt to contact you and remove the item from your order. If this brings your order total below the minimum free shipping threshold we will still ship the rest of your order free of charge.

    13. Discount Codes

 At this time you are only able to use one discount code per order. We do not honor codes found on third party websites.

We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason.
