The rest of the squad can be built with Boltguns, Bubotic Knives and Axes, a Blight Launcher, a Plasma Gun, a Meltagun, Plaguebelcher, a Heavy Plaguespewer, a Mace of Contagion, a Great Plague Cleaver, Plague Flail, and a Plasma Pistol. One Plague Marine can also be built wielding an Icon of Despair.
