The 1991-92 Bowman hockey set contains 429 standard-size cards. On a white card face, the fronts display color action player photos enclosed by blue and tan border stripes. The player's name appears in a purple stripe below the picture. The backs are colorful (displaying blue, green, and red fading to yellow sections) and present biography and statistics (career and for the 1990-91 season). The season statistics are broken down to show the player's performance against each NHL team. The cards are numbered on the back and checklisted according to teams. The only Rookie Card worthy of note is John LeClair.
